Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Nairne is an expert on conducting due diligence in emerging markets and the link between due diligence issues and business practices. He has lived and worked in China for more than 13 years.
Mr. Nairne was previously the global Head of Due Diligence for World-Check and was part of the management team which sold that company to Thomson Reuters in 2011.
Prior to that; he was Managing Director of IntegraScreen, Asia's largest due diligence service provider. IntegraScreen was headquartered in Singapore and had 11 offices globally prior to being acquired by World-Check in 2009.
Prior to his career in the risk and compliance sector, Mr. Nairne spent 15 years as investigative journalist in North America and Asia. He served as a senior editor on the China Desk of the largest English language newspaper in Asia, the South China Morning Post. He worked as journalist in his native Canada and served in the Canadian Armed Forces.
Mr. Nairne holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Chicago's Northwestern University and a Master's Degree in Journalism from Hong Kong University.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Bhura has more than 20 years of management experience in private risk management consultancy in Asia, having worked in Hong Kong and India. He has worked with several Fortune 1000 and government agencies globally in formulating their risk management practices relating to issues of credential verifications of vendors, business partners, employees and immigrants.
Mr. Bhura was a founding partner in Asia's largest pre-employment screening provider, Quest Research. Quest Research was acquired in 2005 by NASDAQ-listed First Advantage. At the time of sale, it had more than 600 employees in ten offices across Asia. Post-acquisition he managed business development and integration for FADV.
Mr. Bhura was also a founding partner of the IntegraScreen Group, which grew to be one of the world's largest providers of international due diligence services. IntegraScreen was acquired by World-Check in 2009.
Mr. Bhura is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate in Commerce. He is also a qualified Oracle Financials professional.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Seymour has more than 20 years' experience in the Banking and Finance industry. This includes 8 years in London and New York with Smith New Court plc. and 10 years in Hong Kong with Merrill Lynch Inc. where he was Director-Financial Controller of the Equities and Investment Banking divisions for their Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Dataflow in 2011, he spent 2 years with Deutsche Bank in their Manila based off-shore accounting services center where he was a Director in Financial Reporting.
Mr. Seymour was CFO at the Integrascreen Group for two years prior to the company being acquired by World-Check in 2009.
Mr. Seymour holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Finance from Manchester Metropolitan University and is a qualified accountant (ACMA/CGMA).
Chief Commercial Officer
Mr. Al-Shehabi is an entrepreneur and a strategic management consultant. Over the past decade, he has participated in several startup companies, covering Digital marketing, out of home media, hospitality and real estate development.
Mr. Al-Shehabi has more than 20 years of professional experience, 11 of which are in the solutions service industry. Starting his career in the Healthcare industry in the US, he then moved on to the sale and distribution of consumer products. Focusing on the utility sector, he worked primarily on how information technology can enhance business efficiency. He successfully pushed technologies which are commonplace today, such as remote meter reading and wireless transmission of data, when they were still in their infancy. This led to a natural progression into the forward-looking telecom industry, concentrating on GSM across multiple facets in the mobile value chain.
Mr. Al-Shehabi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and International Business as well as an MBA from the United States.
